These Terms and Conditions govern your use of SMS messaging services and wash & fold services provided by Crossway Laundromat, located at 4727 Crawfordville Rd, Tallahassee, FL 32305. By providing your phone number and consenting to receive text messages, you agree to these terms.
SMS Messaging Program
Program name: Crossway Laundromat Order Notifications
Program description: We send transactional SMS messages to customers who have consented to receive order status updates for wash & fold service. Messages include order confirmation, ready-for-pickup notification, and related service communications.
Opt-In
You opt in to our SMS program by providing your mobile phone number at our counter or via our website and verbally or digitally consenting to receive order status text messages. Consent is never required as a condition of purchasing our services.
Opt-Out — STOP
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation text. No further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.

Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Crossway Laundromat is not responsible for any charges your carrier may apply for receiving text messages.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on order activity. You will typically receive 1–3 messages per wash & fold order — one at intake, one when your order is ready, and occasionally a follow-up if your order has not been picked up.
Data & Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time.
Your phone number is used solely to send you order status notifications. We do not sell, share, or transfer your mobile number or personal information to any third party. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Wash & Fold Service Terms
Pricing
Wash & fold service is priced by weight. Your bag will be weighed at drop-off and the price confirmed with you before processing begins. Prices are subject to change; the price quoted at drop-off is the price you will pay.
Turnaround
Same-day service is available for orders dropped off by noon. Orders dropped off after noon may be ready the same day or the following morning depending on volume. We will text you when your order is ready.
Pickup
Orders must be picked up within 5 business days of the ready notification. Crossway Laundromat is not responsible for items left beyond 5 days after the pickup notification is sent.
Care & Liability
We take care in handling your laundry, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage, color bleeding, shrinkage due to manufacturer mislabeling, or loss of items not disclosed at drop-off. All items are washed separately — your laundry is never mixed with another customer's order.
Payment
Payment is due at pickup. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and cash at the counter.
Use of Website
By using crosswaylaundry.com, you agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website. All content on this site is the property of Crossway Laundromat and may not be reproduced without permission.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Leon County, Florida.
